weight loss tip of the day!

so im a personal trainer.
i dont feel like i mention it much here.
but i love what i do.
i really love that i genuinely help people love themselves.

this is a huge part of life.
paul and i (he is also a personal trainer) have been talking about starting a fitness/health blog.
BUT until that happens! I'd like to share a tip of the day every now and then.



TODAY'S TIP:  don't eat while you are doing something else.

dont sit down to read or watch tv or drive, etc with a bag of something—because your mind isnt on whether or not you are satisfied.  you WILL end up eating more than you should.
